What do you get when a top-notch grower happens to be located right in WVA’s Eugene backyard? A collaboration, of course! Retreats is very excited to reveal our newest grower collab for Hybrid cannabis-infused gummies.

The farm is none other than Focus North Gardens, a living-soil, indoor grow operation that shares our laser focus on quality. Their flower is stellar, and yet somehow, is always on the up and up, and our team has noticed! Get an inside look from our visit to their farm earlier this year.

We are beyond stoked — and honored — to feature Duct Tape, an indica-dominant, hybrid strain bred by Archive Seed Bank in Portland and grown locally with precision by Focus North, in four styles of Retreats gummies just released.

“Duct Tape is a cross between Original Glue (GG#4) and Do-Si-Dos,” says Archive. “The result has even more frost, flavor, and potency than its trichome-drenched parents. With the gassy, piney, and chocolate aromas of Original Glue (GG#4) and the incense and hash notes of Do-Si-Dos, Duct Tape has a big flavor and smell. The high produces full body and mind effects, making this a perfect strain for anyone seeking relaxation.”

Find Duct Tape in both flavor packs of our hybrid gummies, Classic and Endless Summer. Duct Tape will also show up in our 1:1 gummies in both vegan and classic versions, alongside Yerba Buena’s star CBD cultivar, Blue Dragon Desert Frost, for just the right balance.

Over on the extracts side of WVA, look for Focus North’s name on grams of Fatso Cured Royal Jelly. Fatso is an ultra-gassy strain that’s a cross of GMO Cookies and Legend OG, bred by Cannarado. No matter what the strain is, count on Focus North to be working with the most sought-after seeds and producing frosty flower that’s manicured to perfection — all of which makes for the best extracts!

Co-owner and grower Colby Wise also shares WVA’s love of flyfishing and our respect for the watersheds we all rely on. Focus North has already partnered with WVA for the Watershed Initiative, which channeled a portion of proceeds from sales of their Pot Roast shatter to the Willamette Riverkeeper organization.

You can show support for Focus North by checking out their website and give them a follow on Instagram @focusnorthgardens. Look for a lot more collaborations featuring Focus North’s top-shelf flower downstream in 2021.
